Telefoons bereikbaarheid is slecht, en de installatie duurde veel langer dan beloofd. Service na aankoop laat ook te wensen over. Niet aanbevolen.

I had high hopes for BM Stairlifts based on their claims of quality and exceptional service, but my experience was disappointing. The installation was delayed, despite their promises of quick delivery, leaving my elderly mother in a tough spot. When I reached out for support, responses were slow, and I felt neglected. The stairlift itself is average at best, not the reliable solution I expected. Overall, their service didn't meet the standards they advertise. I wouldn't recommend them.
